I think it's a great pleasure from working with hans honda . I was learning so much thing , the staff of hans honda are very co-operative and very freindly. I was taken training from noida plant and that was a great journey.... I think my overall experience in hans honda was excellent....😊😊

Dislikes

The benifits scheme is very low and rules and regulations are not followed properly.....😒😒

Work Details

I have doing calls to customer regarding their due services of vehicle and after that i will maintain it delite......Delite is a software of hans honda... So basically i have doing both work telecalling as well as computer operator.....😊😊

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
