For the initial one month the company is good in terms of learning but after that they treat you just like animal.

Dislikes

1. No holiday at all (including Sunday plus public holidays) If you did it then your salary will get deducted. 2. No respect for women. Treating man and woman in same manner. 3. Be ready to hear abusive words as a daily morning routine either you are engineer or workers. 4. No overtime concept. It is not a company it is like a workshop and marketing itself as a big company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. It is a great opportunity to work with Hamour if you are fresher or if you seriously want to upgrade your skills. if you have any idea or concept and want to work on it, then they will encourage and help you with everything.

Dislikes

They are a 2018 startup and there dreams is to work for the Nation and sustainable development. Therefore they offer very less pay and also the workplace is not comfortable for everyone.
