Very bad culture in working un neccery pressure and in balanced planing no support by senior they rule like owner. No support and not manner to talk

Dislikes

Senior maneger gives the un neccery load with out any helping and supportive equipment. Pressure in work 1st 15 days after that plan finish and then pressure to reduce manpower
