i have been working in this company last four years. just few things I am going to explain as per my knowledge about this company are mentioned below. 1.job security- Now a days secure of having job in any industry is difficult. if I talk about my company job security is very less. you can be terminate in anytime without information. Doesn't matter, either your performance good or bad.i dont know what thinks working behind it. 2. Work culture- Work culture is little bit ok here. the environment in which we are working equally treated everyone. I don't get to see any kind of discrimination on the basis of cast, gender, and colour. each and every one treated equally. its doesn't matter what community you come from or not. 3.Management- management is just a world for this company. if I am having problems with something that can be solve by management but management don't care. 4.Company policies- Company policies is just in written form which is inside the file with stamps. you can not avail the facility of company police....Read More
