I liked working here but at some sites the management is very poor and some times delay or hold of salary is very common.

The teammates was doing to hardwork for the company everybody was giving 100% in own responsibility. The atmosphere of the site is very well. The bonding between engineers and workers too good. Everything is good

Dislikes

I don't like the politics and politicians also but the management was very poor. Actually we want to increase the speed of work but materials unavailable in the site that things are not good for the company favour.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
