Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high..some time I have to work 14-18 straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and some time late in to the night.

Generally apeaking, my work is slightly challenge as I have to look after the entire product and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
