i have been working in this company last four years. just few things I am going to explain as per my knowledge about this company are mentioned below. 1.job security- Now a days secure of having job in any industry is difficult. if I talk about my company job security is very less. you can be terminate in anytime withoutinformation. Doesn't matter, either your performance good or bad. i dont know what thinks working behind it. 2. Work culture- Work culture is little bit ok here. the environment in which we are working equally treated everyone.
