Likes

The company is open to innnovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is svery high. Sometimes, i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day

Hadeed Emirates contracting working environment is really very tough and they are stealing money to their employees all the time . This is the first and worst time in my life to work in a very annoying and irritating environment

It was good working with hadeed but there salary os very low they pay one prrson salary and take 4 people work . Salaries were not on time. Its been a year i left hadeed ihave not received my settelment yet .
