Nothing to like, this is a start up company and we need to see how this company will survive in future with current HR team and management.

No Job security, no recognition, partiality, worst behavior of hyderabad HR'S. This company has no value for the associates who played a crucial role in building H1. Associates who have joined recently will judge you. If your good with HR's, then your job is safe in H1. Internal politics by HR's and Management is worst part of H1.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

Company policies are excellent. They give benefits which you would find only in top companies, so yeah thumbs up for that !! Leave policies are brilliant, we get 1 week off at the end of year, plus quarterly paid offs. Package is good compared to market. Most of the people are helpful here.
