Nothing to like, this is a start up company and we need to see how this company will survive in future with current HR team and management.

Dislikes

No Job security, no recognition, partiality, worst behavior of hyderabad HR'S. This company has no value for the associates who played a crucial role in building H1. Associates who have joined recently will judge you. If your good with HR's, then your job is safe in H1. Internal politics by HR's and Management is worst part of H1.

Forcefully they will ask to resign even good performers also If you are good with US mangers team, Then you can safe, even if you are bottom performer also. Layoffs, Recission Above to Manager roles Only US team will getpositions, if you work for 10 years also as manager in Indian team , You will not move beyond that. Company policies are excellent. They give benefits which you would find only in top companies, so yeah thumbs up for that !! Leave policies are brilliant, we get 1 week off at the end of year, plus quarterly paid offs. Package is good compared to market. Most of the people are helpful here.

Dislikes

The higher management is crap. They make idiotic decisions and we have to bear the consequences. No job security nowadays. No good hikes or promotions. Managers here are biased.
