SCAM company! Even after you work through a temp agency and get hired on "full time" they still treat you like a temp. No matter how long you work there you get no PTO, no vacation, no bonuses and NO PAY RAISE! You also don't get all of your pay. The lady boss at their Marion, OH Whirlpool location is HORRIBLE. She acts like she can't be bothered. If you just have a simple question she gets very rude or doesn't bother to answer you at all. They shutdown for two weeks over Christmas. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting!! struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same tea

Team Mates were very supportive. So i worked in TRIGO for 2+ yrs in various location. Now working with other organisation with good salary but always miss TRIGO. travel policy was not good, no pre planning of travel deduction. Expense received very delayed and deduction done by operation departmen much, Not giving vale to Third Party Employee Learning is good, Some time very hectic scheduled but for learnign carrear growth its good.
