Too much politics! Indians at managerial level have made an MNC a Lala baniya company! Only favouritism works.. if you don’t touch your boss’s shoes, you ll never get any appraisal/appreciation moreover they will never give enough exposure or training!

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
