Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

There is some bit of pressure on the leads me due to lack of proper administration.

There were lot of hurdles and pressure there but as I am interested in learning and enriching my skills I found a room for opportunity there always.
