Earlier it was allowed to go out during break time but they ended the break time as well, I cannot go out during my shift and do overtime forcibly, the seniors tell 100 things about every small mistake.

Work pressure too much and TL auditor are so rude. TL mark absent despite I having all the documents sick leave or any exams. And they said " If you aren't able to do this job Resign" aggressive language. Manager never listen us but he knows all the dirty behaviour of TL and AM. They cancel our week off and pressurized for Over time 12 hours shift. And say If you can't resign now I don't need You.

Poor management, poor Worklife culture, only passing orders from top level to ground level . There is no place for hardwork and Honesty, there is only place for fake KPIs, torturing employees for 24 hrs . Comparing one employee to other and insulting them for there work,. i have been worked 7 months in GVK EMRI Office which is located in Newtown, Kolkata. I worked there as a ERO. My GID No. is RO200629MouliS. On 3.09.2023 submitted my resign letter and complete my notice period but they didn't provide any resign documents to me and also salary due. After 6 months i visit my office to talk to the finance office of this off but he refuse to meet.Then a security guard came and take my gid no. but they didn't take any action about this. I completed my resign period on 5.10.2023 and now it's june 25.06.2024, it almost 8 months but didn't give us salary and also they didn't put the exit date that's why i faced an issue in PF.
