I Like 2nd and 4th saturday off in a month. Atmosphere is ok and like Government job... No bonus policy is available in Diwali festival.. I did not get appraisal and increment since 2 years and arrear also. Future is not secure

No bonus policy is available on big festival Diwali and all in GVK EMRI. Never get appreciation on any good job. If any tiny mistake is happend that time no apologize policy. I did not get increment since 2 Finanacial year 2016-17, 2017-18 both and not got arrear. HR policy is run by only depend on HR head personal. Salary is credited in account after 2-3 months. Salary is credited after mid of months. Its not good company to get make anybody future. Its very big currupted company....Read More
