Salary is paid on time mostly. This is the only benefit, not that it really is one, but nothing else seems to come to mind.

No yearly leaves, no medical insurance despite working in the healthcare field, no yearly promotion, no salary increments. The same old contract is renewed yearly. No chance of being hired permanently. You are treated like French Leather, on a use and throw basis. Other employees, who are not doctors think that they can do your job,just because you do your job with ease. They can't understand why you make more money than them. They are frustrated that they are paid less. Instead of facing the HR and complaining, they grumble as to why a doctor makes much more than them. This is the IQ of the staff. And the HR thinks they are the bosses. Instead of being able to liase with the HR, whenever an issue arises, the HR just puts blame on the Head office at Secunderabad. Flattery is the only way to exist in GVK EMRI. Not allowed to speak for wrong. Always ready to cut salary in some or other way. Hidden policies which will be disclosed only when you have to be punished. Few people get 2-3 promotions in a year and few do not get any promotion through years.
