Abusive top management. Publicly harassment of employee during meetings. Poor HR policy, no work life balance. PLI in monthly salary to threaten employee of forceful deduction. First month just half salary as PLI part is not available at first month.

Earlier it was allowed to go out during break time but they ended the break time as well, I cannot go out during my shift and do overtime forcibly, the seniors tell 100 things about every small mistake.

No work cultural, no work life balance, no appraisal, they don't have sop & rules they can change their rules as per there requirements apart from this they hide actual data in review in front on VP, they support specially female TL(Khan) she had signed 8 warning 2 times suspension, still she is in process because of APM & PM, she through she is the owner of GVK, I can explain more but I through words has not sufficent... For improvement of GVK in West process they should fire her because many hardworking' potential employees has left their job because of her......Read More

The supervisor of the company like team leaders and managers They all are behaves like the ERO is slave And the team leader Mr Ashish Chauhan’s statements is ( he has lots off ero , they don’t have need us ). Main things is that there are more nepotism

Work pressure too much and TL auditor are so rude. TL mark absent despite I having all the documents sick leave or any exams. And they said " If you aren't able to do this job Resign" aggressive language. Manager never listen us but he knows all the dirty behaviour of TL and AM. They cancel our week off and pressurized for Over time 12 hours shift. And say If you can't resign now I don't need You.
