No work cultural, no work life balance, no appraisal, they don't have sop & rules they can change their rules as per there requirements apart from this they hide actual data in review in front on VP, they support specially female TL(Khan) she had signed 8 warning 2 times suspension, still she is in process because of APM & PM, she through she is the owner of GVK, I can explain more but I through words has not sufficent... Poor management, poor Worklife culture, only passing orders from top level to ground level . There is no place for hardwork and Honesty, there is only place for fake KPIs, torturing employees for 24 hrs . Comparing one employee to other and insulting them for there work,. It's totally frustrated job , most of the employees where working here due to unemployment. I have never seen this worst organisation in my world. If there is no support and respect for low level employees in any organisation then that organisation will no longer be more. Flattery is the only way to exist in GVK EMRI. Not allowed to speak for wrong. Always ready to cut salary in some or other way. Hidden policies which will be disclosed only when you have to be punished. Few people get 2-3 promotions in a year and few do not get any promotion through years.
