The service that GVK is providing is a social service related to human need. It is therefore a great satisfaction to work there and deliver the goods to serve the needy people in distress.

Dislikes

The Assam team was very manipulative and was filled with non professional in the team, particularly in the operation team. The organization was driven by a bunch of politicized, self interested people , who didn't understand the basics of a fleet dependent service industry. There has to be a experienced, technically learned professional to guide the state team to deliver the goods.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

My work was very challenging. I had to coordinate with the field team, pilots and the EMT's , operation guys and fought hard to maintain the fleet on roadworthy. The most challenging part was to cut down cost, which I with the assistance of my team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
