The manager was only good as he taught a lot of new stuff , work culture was also good, the upper management and Hr department is the worst as they don't really work in a professional way. The company policy is terrible.

The promotion process is very bad, though the increment process was good but career growth is very slow. I worked for 3+ years and it's just I regret leaving it early, in this pandemic the upper management left us un paid with our salaries.

Work Details

The job I started here was as a CCE and pears from scratch, the best thing here was that I learnt everything while working and I now know the whole work cycle of any educational institute. I just had a designationin name but have played different roles.
