Working experience was good bt in lockdown they pay only 1 month payment and next month half payment the payed..After that the didn't call us for any work.n also not pay payment..

Salary is nt so good..and carrer growth is slow.no policies are Attached to employees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
