Don't join here, no career growth.. Higher management people are busy to hire their own people with all the benefits.. Hires BI team to reduce the work however they increased everyone work... Transparency is not there.. Previously everything was transparent... I am working more than 5 years...

It was great working in Navigant. Managers and Director of the company were so supportive and helped a lot to run the process smoothly. Associates dedication helped a lot and their co-operation with the Team Lead was the biggest success
