The job is interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to do multiple tasking like New Dvn launch & expansion,New product launch ,Nepal business launch & expansion, Coordination to ensure better supply chain. Domestic sales & marketing.

Company is very old and known to all medical fraternity. Company was brand leader in certain brand like Mox,Zole and Shalaki.Comapny is having own manufacturing facility and all are WHO GMP and USFDA approved.

Company is lagging in working like controlling tools adaption.Deduction in expenses without any information.Promotional input are not proper as well as not regular particularaly in mass marketing

Too much followup and reminders with inter office department. Vendor payment not released in time. Export team has to handle work related to export import finance. Have to handle both Export and Import shipments, no separate team for Export and Import. Cannot take long holiday coz of work load. Team streanth very less as compared to work load.
