Company is good but tech stack is old. Company was good with old management. The new india head has degrade the quality of everything. The goodies they give. The way they treat employees. They ask to fill sheets hour basis which is obviously not possible to some extent

I think there is gap between Top management and the manager who managed the team. Lack of Confidence to speak.

Hike is not that much as we expect only 2% or 5% only. usually they compromise like you didn't take any sessions and did not do any innovative things like that they give feed back and reduce our hike.
