The most important thing that it's a KPO where working culture is quite different than other similar companies as you will get a perfect work life balance and equal opportunity for learning and grow

There no such cons if there were any you won't see people with tremendous experience and skills staying long

Great work life balance, poor appraisals if you are not at the right priority or no one backs you. Too inclusive and with no clarity or reasons. It's the perfect place to work if you are an individual contributor role or some specialized role. Don't expect lot of growth if you just mind your own business, do your work and go home. It's only for those selective few who are the prioritized ones.

Company and company policy is amazing but adminstration staff isn't working on the company norms. Ground staff is working amazing but they didn't get their promotion salary hike and other amenities. Because Admin staff thinks grounded staff not working sometimes new for company.
