Poor management, Higher level managers doing micromanagement they even check your code what you have written. Just forgot about promotions you will hardly see any promotion after 3 years of your work tenure. And hikes here very pathetic , they called themselves product based company but their hike is similar to what we have in service based mnc like infosys, tcs etc. There is no learning platform provided for the career growth. No learning opportunity they only just focused upon deliverables that's it. And Hikes here is directly proportional to how close you are to your manager. If you are that buttering employee its a great place for you. But who have self respect towards themselves and their work I suggest not to join otherwise you will feel regret about it....Read More

There is also an Operations department which is slightly non-technical. Culture: Great Culture, Allows Hybrid Work Mode, HR events are lined up any time of the year to show case your talent and out shinefrom the crowd. Quarterly townhalls and Reward and Recognition programs (R and R's). HR and CIO are reachable for your concerns. Round the year CSR activities. IT Department had some up and downs this year. Some projects got halted, They had to lay off employees as they did not have any other projects to move people. Strategies were changed and new projects introduced.
