1. There is no any appraisal more that 7-8% The ration is 2,4,5,6,7% Not more that 8% 2. Very bad Politics 3. Who loves the manager he gets the well increment. 4. Partiality within team with team members. 5. Bothering employees with different non written policies 6. HR will take the original document with them when offer letter released. 7. Antolin plants in different countries are getting closed 8. No job security you will be fired at any time. 9. 50,000/- will be taken as an medical policy and you will be able to take benifit of it as 3,00,000/- 10. Standard work culture. Lots of activities but no-one takes part in them. Food provided. Good IT and HR department.

No proper input given , very high expectations and other people helped me instead of my own team.No teamwork at all.No work life balance , always kept me in confusion regarding the policies as well. No proper communication. Lots of Partiality and favouritism.
