Very polite behavior of manager and ceo. They provide training before actually putting to work

They work in hire and fire mode . Hire 10 interns and then fire 9 of them in 6th month before turning them permanent

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The CEO (Manish Mandot)and the HR (Neha Upadhaya)of the company is not up to the mark, they use abuse language and pressure you to leave your family for them. What they offer in the job post they didn’t fulfill this. Worthless.
