I have been working with Growisto for over 2.5 years now and have had a great experience with the company. 1. Learning Focused Environment: Being a fresher to digital marketing myself, I was initially very sceptical of entering this uncharted territory. But the company provided a very extensive structured training program. I got to learn everything from scratch on-the-job, and could experiment freely with ideas. 2. High Ownership & Approachable Management: In my experience, my manager and even the senior leaders have always placed their full trust in my abilities, even when I was very new to the organisation. Till the time you put in your 100% effort, the company will go above and beyond to give you responsibilities and ensure that you have a fast career progression. 3. Super collaborative team members: Most of the team members are fairly you d and highly ambitious - this helped me a lot in pushing my boundaries and perform better. Dislikes

Growisto is a rapidly expanding startup. Hence, there are still a few things (work processes, role clarity, chain of responsibilities, etc.) that the company is figuring out. However, I do not always see this as a con. It may be a disadvantage for someone who is comfortable with a very structured and methodical approach to things at work.
