Nothing the training period was good
Dislikes
Worst management ever. They even provide targets to meet in notice period of employee.
They will provide high targets which are achieved by only 3-5 members and ask the remaining persons to do numbers like them.
They won't even ask any reviews for how the work is going on. No team interaction. No team huddles. No one cares about your issues you just have to work the target given.
The company does not care about employees situation and force them to targets that are not acheivable...Read More

There is no one here to understand employee,
No growth and no future..
You can be kicked out anytime
I'm not terminated but I have seen company kicking out employees for cost cutting.
