Pathetic way of speaking with employees and make employees feel that they have not gained anything before coming to groupDCA. Employees past experiences is zero. we should pay to groupDCA by learning from them is there thinking. Only Retail work is there so choose wisely before coming as this retail background is not worth for Architects afterwards in market because they just do drafting inhouse and design all comes from global brands architects.who have dreams to aspire and aim for big projects go for better and bigger firms as this firm is very small but look wise looks big at ground.
