its a good company to work with having many different work project. it works on broad spectrum.... its easy to adjust faculty members are cooperative... work routine is deviated but as scheduled before so can be managed.... job surety is is not so as hiring are mostly by agencies....

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
