Groto is open to creativity and design thinking. I am a part of their team since January, and love the fact of being here. We get to explore new skills, and learn a lot about the field. Company culture is quite good, as there's no boss culture, everyone is open to express their views and ideas. I have been Groto for 3 weeks and already feel deeply part of the family. I know that this is still the "employee honeymoon" period but I am loving everything!
