Groto is open to creativity and design thinking. I am a part of their team since January, and love the fact of being here. We get to explore new skills, and learn a lot about the field. Company culture is quite good, as there's no boss culture, everyone is open to express their views and ideas . I work here as a UX/UI Designer, which is challenging as it is sometimes difficult to understand the clients ideas, but manager and other colleagues help me understand their perspective. According to that we get to think the best design and UX

Groto is an amazing place to work, and each day is full of learning and joy. The company always allows us to bring our creativity to the table and implement it in our projects. The work culture is good and each employee is always ready to help each other. The overall management is good and they take care of each and everything.
