Groto is open to creativity and design thinking. I am a part of their team since January, and love the fact of being here. We get to explore new skills, and learn a lot about the field. Company culture is quite good, as there's no boss culture, everyone is open to express their views and ideas. I work here as a UX/UI Designer, which is challenging as it is sometimes difficult to understand the clients ideas, but manager and other colleagues help me understand their perspective. According to that we get to think the best design and UX

I have been Groto for 3 weeks and already feel deeply part of the family. I know that this is still the "employee honeymoon" period but I am loving everything!
