Groto is open to creativity and design thinking. I am a part of their team since January, and love the fact of being here. We get to explore new skills, and learn a lot about the field. Company culture is quite good, as there's no boss culture, everyone is open to express their views and ideas. I work here as a UX/UI Designer, which is challenging as it is sometimes difficult to understand the clients ideas, but manager and other colleagues help me understand their perspective. According to that we get to think the best design and UX

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Work environment is good, seniors are always available for encouragement and also support to learn new skills. Learning from co designers, working on multiple projects. Good management.
