Dear Anonymous Reviewer, We respectfully disagree with the claims of worker exploitation made in the anonymous review. At Groto, we respect each employee's work-life balance, actively involving them in decision-making on policies such as work from home and leaves. Moreover, we have never asked any employee to work extra hours against their will or desire. Similarly, claims against job security cannot be made if employment termination resulted from consistently poor performance.
