I left GRG few months ago and it was one the nicest company for freshers. You got to learn alot. Its like you were just a seed before joining there and they made you a flower. Who can bloom anywhere. Last but not the least I wanted to thanks my manager for giving the opportunity. And i would say he is one of the person and manager I ever heard of. There are a lot of stuff like office politics and favratism, which I never liked. And the rotational shift as well.

No work-life balance. The company culture is really bad. It follows micro management. The team leads and managers think that if people are working in rotational shifts then they are available for the whole day. All the managers and team leads are just BTech-pass. There are no boundaries between personal and professional life. Pay is like peanuts.
