We are happy to know the aspects you appreciate about working at Greytip. Have also noted your concern regarding the support from management. As you are aware, we have an open-door policy at Greytip where we encourage each employee to share their concerns without hesitation. We also try to gather feedback and suggestions from our employees through employee satisfaction surveys. Would request that you have a candid discussion with your reporting manager, senior manager, or HRBP where you can share more specifics of the challenges you have faced. Rest assured, we value your feedback, and if you still have the same concerns, please raise them freely in our next leadership meeting.
