Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

First of all I feel I was the luckiest person to work for green park, the work culture, skill & career development opportunity business development procedure.Hr policies finally the over all development system was superb.

Frankly speaking nothing I have noticed as dislike factor, really it was a superb place to work.
