Good work environment and culture. Temated are supportive a d the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilong. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

It's Not about any particular company but in Laminate industry the work life balance is hell. If a person in Laminate sales says his work-life balance is good either he is lying or is not working up to company's expectations.

Poor Leadership: # Brach Manger of Laminate division are very poor market knowledge and very bad attitude, # He doesn't listen suggestions from other team member and always insists he's right # He is very slow in his work we can be frustrating for team member # He is very poor decision maker and always blame to other for his own mistake # No one knows him in market which can be challenge for team member # He constantly pin team members and create toxic environment # Always take credit of other team member works, show off Infront of senior people 2.
