Company is good. All policy are good, healthy salary they can give you. The above all factors depends upon your reporting manager. If you have healthy relation with him/her you will be fine otherwise you will be unhappy.

Promotion depends upon your reporting manager. There is no centralise performance management system. There is no standard parameter for promotion, anybody can get promoted depending upon the relationship with the reporting manager HOD.

Compensation in this company is little low compare to other ndustries. Managers do not value an individual unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

My work is little hectic as I have to travel a lot to cover all described territories & alone having the responsibility to generate primary & secondary sales from the market. ( Nasik, Jalna, jalgaon, Dhule, nanded, Beed, Sangamner, Aurangabad, malegaon )
