There is a lot of politics in Bihar based on caste and senior level talks without any pressure and indirect wrong talking, no evaluation will be done on time, your incentive part will also go to someone else and in bihar management is really bad experience.

It's Not about any particular company but in Laminate industry the work life balance is hell. If a person in Laminate sales says his work-life balance is good either he is lying or is not working up to company's expectations.
