Only 2 and 4th Saturday holiday. If all Saturday give holiday more work life balance. Appraisal cycles should be in time. These are not dislikes but expecting factors

There is no one thing. I literally hate everything about this Organization. Extremely bad culture, excessive politics, nepotism, no reviews or meaningful work, no purpose, no role clarity, the old employees who have not learned much being in this organization resort to politics to maintain their influence and power, there are many conflict of interests, they keep hiring freshers from NITs and IITs but don't give them or utilize them in significant works. The politics and isolation I faced here was horrific. Never seen a more toxic workplace. People hear about the name of the organization and get attracted and realise soon enough that they are trapped here. Miserable experience. This place is for people who do not want to work much and have a peaceful life. For people who want to learn and contribute meaningfully, it is not for them. They will lose whatever mental peace they have as their work won't even be acknowledged. To top it all, the credit for your efforts is handed over to incompetent pathetic people. I urge all the freshers and experienced who want some meaningful work never to join this organization even for the money. It is not just my experience, every new person who joined this organization faces the same thing. It is a cultural thing, totally toxic. Strict warning: Never fall in this trap. Zero professionalism Zero safety on ground Performance appraisal on basis of bucket lifters not on actual performance of employee Partiality between original Greenko employees and the team of old Asset taken over by the group Even no acknowledgement to adopted employees for any kind of good work, appreciation never can be expected.

Organisation is awesome but department politics 🙌 worst. If they find you that growing they will change ur working locations which effect our family life balancing. Greenko energy is awesome organisation on time salary.

When I joined they didn't told that u need to travel but no information about it all of sudden they told me to go on site which not mentioned in JD. No training about field job. They told something while recruiting They giving different tasks which not told in interview. Worst department politics. I'm surving for my family otherwise
