I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

One of the boss was very cooperative and was very down to earth.

Complete training was not given to the subordinate. Retention of Clients and Employees are very Important which was not there over here.

No HR policies in place. No training. Felt like a school where one couldn't go out eveb for a break without being questioned. Micro management by the managers.

Dislikes

Everything there was horrible. No facilities provided by the organisation. Not even tea was available.
