The only good thing about Gratitude India is that they offer a good salary so your next role can start from that. There is nothing else which is good about the company.

Dislikes

Everything. Everything is horrible. The management, the owners, the job role. They do not respect their employees and will scream at them in front of everyone. It is like a school, where if work is not completed you are made to sit in the common area. They make you work on weekends, will call you to office as a punishment and you have to work after your shift ends as well. THE HIGHLIGHT IS THAT THEY WILL PUT YOUR SALARY ON HOLD AND WILL FIRE YOU AT ANYTIME WITHOUT ANY REASON. One day, the HR - Monika called us to her cabin to give us our "targets" it was made very clear that our salaries would not go on hold. Cut to 2 weeks later, I got a call from her saying I have to work from home only on incentive and no salary. Reason was due to poor performance, I worked at his place for a month and they judged my performance? Not only me but my entire team leaving just 2 people to train the new hires. Why hire people when you have no money to pay them? The owners are very dumb and have no sense of how to run a company, they will speak very rudely when questioned and not answer calls. They will also call parents because the "employees are not listening" If you ever apply to this company, it is better to stay at home rather than being in this madhouse with horrible, dumb and stupid management who do not know how to do their jobs....Read More
