I really like the culture of the company. The people work together in collaboration and are always ready to help each other and offer support. You will never hear NO as an answer from anyone. Secondly, the company spends a lot of time, effort and energy in grooming their employees 'mentally'. We learn something new almost every week. Overall, it's a great organization to be associated with.

I have now completed 2.5 years in Grassik. It is such a warm and caring company. The culture is better than most large organisations that I have come across. Everything is based on merit. I was promoted because of my performance within 12 months and there are people who have been even promoted twice in a year. Grassik is truly people-first. People are the management's first priority. Anyone is free to to bring their children to office as well. Dr. Thakur (CEO) has been highly effective in his "Learning with Grassik" sessions that are held weekly. Internally, we are now fully aware of various trends and new technologies that are coming up. We are also able to discuss any personal issues and the focus is on how to solve them. Nothing at all. The management does so much for us that small issues are best ignored.

Meetings are quite extensive and you feel half of the day is gone and being not productive I don't enjoy much!

They can work on tangential Employee Benefits even though the culture, flexibility and the fun quotient is better than even the strongest brands out there.

Very forward thinking company. Mr. Thakur has ensured that all colleagues bond well with each other. The culture here is very positive and they treat you like family. Management has an open door policy. The company is very compassionate also. There are no fixed timings and results matter at the end of the day. They trust you 100%. Love being here.
