I have now completed 2.5 years in Grassik. It is such a warm and caring company. The culture is better than most large organisations that I have come across. Everything is based on merit. I was promoted because of my performance within 12 months and there are people who have been even promoted twice in a year. Grassik is truly people-first. People are the management's first priority. Anyone is free to to bring their children to office as well. Dr. Thakur (CEO) has been highly effective in his "Learning with Grassik" sessions that are held weekly. Internally, we are now fully aware of various trends and new technologies that are coming up. We are also able to discuss any personal issues and the focus is on how to solve them. Very forward thinking company. Mr. Thakur has ensured that all colleagues bond well with each other. The culture here is very positive and they treat you like family. Management has an open door policy. The company is very compassionate also. There are no fixed timings and results matter at the end of the day. They trust you 100%. Love being here.
