They pay better than the market.
No job security. No professional way of running the company. Management creates so much unnecessary pressure on the people that they decide to finally leave on their own. Policies are not uniform. Performers enjoy all the benefits while others are left struggling and cribbing.

Dear colleague Thank you for your review. It is sad for us to see such a review from someone who has worked with us, however, we are sure you have your reasons for the same. At the onset, you mention that there is no job security at Grassik. Over the past 3 decades, a majority of our colleagues have achieved 5/10/15 year milestones with us. (You can see the same on Linkedin). Even today, more than 50% of our people have completed at least 5 years. Job security is in fact, the one criterion that no one in Grassik has ever been worried about. You mention we do not run the organisation professionally. Apart from the point above, how do you imagine we have managed to thrive over 3 decades if we had not been professional and transparent in how we run the organisation ? How have we been rated as a Great Place to Work multiple times ? Every aspect of our operations and culture has been carefully thought of and nurtured to ensure a dynamic and merit based organisation. Yes, we have very limited patience for excuses and blame games. There is no room for people who are not driven and ambitious. We make no bones about this and is informed at every stage of the interview process. As to your last point, all benefits are enjoyed equally by each colleague. Yes people who perform will rise to the top. This is a universal rule. We can vouch for the fact that the amount of time we spend in mentoring our people and conducting knowledge-enhancement sessions and peer to peer discussions, very few organizations spend that kind of time to develop their talent. For someone whose performance has not been satisfactory but has displayed grit, right attitude and is working hard, we will give them every opportunity to improve and do well. For those who crib, we have nothing to offer. Having said the above, we would want to thank you for having been a part of Grassik Search. It is disappointing and sad to note that your experience was not up to par. We hold ourselves to very high standards as far as the overall work experience for our colleagues is concerned. Despite that we understand there are areas for us to continue to improve on internally which shall remain a continuous effort from our side.

I really like the culture of the company. The people work together in collaboration and are always ready to help each other and offer support. You will never hear NO as an answer from anyone. Secondly, the company spends a lot of time, effort and energy in grooming their employees 'mentally'. We learn something new almost every week. I have now completed 2.5 years in Grassik. It is such a warm and caring company. The culture is better than most large organisations that I have come across. Everything is based on merit. I was promoted because of my performance within 12 months and there are people who have been even promoted twice in a year. Grassik is truly people-first. People are the management's first priority. Anyone is free to to bring their children to office as well. Dr. Thakur (CEO) has been highly effective in his "Learning with Grassik" sessions that are held weekly. Very forward thinking company. Mr. Thakur has ensured that all colleagues bond well with each other. The culture here is very positive and they treat you like family. Management has an open door policy. The company is very compassionate also. There are no fixed timings and results matter at the end of the day. They trust you 100%. Love being here.
