we are in search of a proactive and performance-driven Head of Store Operations to lead and scale the retail network.looking for strategic leader with a practical, hands-on approach who can enhance operational efficiency, oversee large teams, and manage store operations across multiple regions. Your role will be pivotal in driving our rapid expansion while ensuring smooth and effective execution at scale Experience: 10+ years in retail operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-store operations.
- Education: MBA or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in scaling retail operations, ideally in a fast-growing business environment.
- Deep expertise in supply chain logistics, inventory management, and retail technology solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-speed environment with a results-driven mindset.
Strategic Growth & Expansion:
- Design and implement operational strategies to drive rapid expansion
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify and launch new store locations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee daily operations across all existing stores, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Enhance supply chain processes, inventory control, and merchandising strategies to maximize store performance.
Performance Optimization:
- Track and analyze store performance metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly review operational reports to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Elevate the in-store experience by spearheading initiatives focused on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure teams are well-trained to deliver top-notch service and uphold brand standards.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
- Guarantee adherence to local laws, safety regulations, and company policies across all retail locations.
- Develop and enforce risk management strategies to proactively address operational challenges.
