Education - Professional's degree (LLB, LLM)

- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

- Intellectual knowledge of Labor Law, Companies Act, Factories Act, Land Deeds, Company Secretary, SEBI, FMEA, Commercial Law.

- Provide high-level legal advice to the senior leadership, and departments on corporate governance, risk management, contract negotiation, intellectual property, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.

- Guide the company's strategy on legal matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Drafting & Vetting of commercial Contracts and legal documents.

- Transfer of land

- Handling Industrial & Labor disputes.

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements and best practices.

- Advising and supporting senior management and other departments on legal issues and risks, managing and supervising the external counsel.

- Handling and resolving disputes and litigation cases.
